Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park

I visited this Urban Air for the first time this past weekend with my family, and it was a very fun time. My kids really enjoyed being here. This visit marked the second Urban Air I've now been to as my family, and I went to the Urban Air in Denver earlier this year. I don't think one is better than the other. Each one has different stuff, and they also have similar stuff. The prices of course were similar so nothing was different there. I loved that this location had an indoor go-kart track. My kids couldn't stay away from it. Another difference that I liked is that the cafeteria/dining area is much larger than the Denver location. But like the Denver location, there's just so much to do for kids, and even the adults have fun, too. There's many sections for people to jump, there's a big obstacle course, a big ball pit area, some obstacles to climb like a climbing wall, some arcade games, a hang glide ride, a virtual reality game section and much more. When you need a breather there's of course snacks and meal type of foods too as well as many beverages. The employees I dealt with were friendly, and it seemed like a well run facility. I really have no criticism for this location. It was a really great visit.

It's great fun and safe for kids, but there are major issues with pricing: the "Ultimate" ticket is NOT the ultimate ticket as there is one higher than that which includes 3(?) more admittedly underwhelming attractions. The pricing and attractions they include are confusingly presented on the website, being mostly hidden so it is hard to know what's actually available for the three options that are rated on 3 different scales. Confusing and disappointing your customers is an interesting strategy, not sure if it's ultimately worth it. We bought the Ultimate ticket thinking it would include everything given the fact that "ultimate" means the utmost, or highest achievable option. Cue confusion and disappointment when we lined up for the go carts and we're ultimately turned away. Overall we had fun because we decided to, the staff were lovely if a little scarce at times, and everything was clean and safe. Will go again if the occasion demands it, but it's hard to recommend a place when the parent company deliberately obfuscates the options available to customers.

The first time we visited this location was in Fort Co, and this was bigger than the ones we had been to in the Denver area. My daughter enjoyed her time here, and it was a good place to release some energy. I found one of the obstacles was near the exit, which was a bit sketchy, knowing one of the exits for the obstacle is right at the door. The tables were pretty dirty with leftover food and trash. Besides that, it was a good experience with this visit. We will return in the future.

We've been going here since they opened. We've held 3 birthday parties upstairs and been dozens of other times on non birthday days. We've spent a ton of money here. Thousands of dollars. Recently, each time we've visited, theres been more and more rules for what the kids can and can't do. We stand nearby and watch our children pretty closely so it hasn't really affected us until this last trip but it's been something we've noticed. Our last visit was for our daughter's 5th birthday. We waited until they opened, paid the 100 bucks for our kids wristbands and 10 minutes later was told our 5 year old birthday girl can't use the ball pit because she's not 48 inches tall. Manager told us this is some new rule from corporate after we tried explaining we've been coming for years and never been told there's a height requirement for the ball pit. Birthday girl and her sisters at this point are in tears as they'd been looking forward to coming all day. I got my refund, we left and have been going to Fly High in Ft Collins ever since. It sucks. We liked coming here. But we won't be back now. Foot meet bullet. Good job Urban Air 👍

I want to give a huge THANKS to Mike! Today, we visited with the WHOLE family (20+) for a Christmas get-together. I purchased 4 platinum passes for my kids, and it's a good thing I keep my receipts because I noticed I didn't get the discount. I took the issue to Mike. He was helpful and got it straightened out.
